In yesterday’s blog (If you read it) I mentioned something about inner peace. Well I haven’t really mention how exactly to find it though. And that’s what this blog is about, helping you find inner peace.
What is Inner Peace?
Inner peace (or peace of mind) refers to a deliberate state of psychological or spiritual calm despite the potential presence of stress.
Surrender and accept it
It’s hard to find inner peace if you are trying to fight it. Just surrender to the issue and accept it as how it is. Whether you like it or not, this way is just ending it quickly to not cause more issues.
Don’t have ignorance
Trying to find inner peace and having issues? Well ignoring the small things of your life isn’t gonna work. IT might not be changeable but being aware and the ability to manage tolerance in a healthy way can bring inner peace.
Forget the past
Forgetting the past and just focusing on the present is a good thing. This will help you find peace and remembering the past isn’t gonna make it better, it will just get worse.
If you wanna fully find peace or inner peace then you must have forgiveness. This will not only make you have inner peace but it also will make others have inner peace too. If you can’t find forgiveness then you would always have that person in mind and the both of you ain’t gonna be happy.
Inner peace caution
Getting inner peace is great. Especially in times that you really need it but they aren’t always good. You inner peace might lead you in the wrong direction, so don’t always listen to that. Be aware of it.
Hatred is everywhere and also in every person. It would be unusual for a person to not have hatred and most the time we try to get rid of it. But have no idea how to get rid of them. Here are some ways to get rid of them or slow them down.
Find Inner Peace
Once you found your inner peace then you would be able to let go of the hate you hold. And not just that but you will also all be happy and all be friends once again.
Having a lot of anger stored up in your body isn’t a good thing, it’s like a bomb about to explode any moment. But once you release it to someone close, you would feel a lot better for sharing it and also they might help you.
Deal with the hate
If you wanna get rid of it then you would have to deal with it. If it’s a person you hate then go to that person and tell them how you feel about them (The hate). But if it’s something like an annoying sound or thing then you would just have to deal with it.
Excising and muscle relaxing
Wanna get rid of the anger productively? Well then a good way to do so is to exercise or try muscle relaxing. The exercise can help you manage your situation and the muscle relaxation can help focus on tensing the muscle and relaxing specific groups of it, distracting you from the hate for a while.
Stress Release toy
When you are mad and you have a squeezable toy next to you, what do you do? Well you should just squeeze it and pretend that the toy is the something that you really hate. T His would help some people more that others.
These places all have something in common and that thing is that they all look like they were made by some kind of magical creature. They are just very cool and interesting places that maybe you wanna visit or not.
The Segla Mountain in Senja, Norway is a beautiful and monstrous looking mountain located above the clouds. The way it is shaped and, who know maybe you wanna have a hiking trip up there.
2. The Pink Moss Bridges in Ireland is a beautiful pink garden. It looks like the perfect place for a romantic date with someone.
3. Ever wanted to go to a magical place? Well you can right now because of this place in Japan. The Biei River in Hokkaido,Japan.
4. Wanna have a picture taken in a tunnel that would look like it’s from a movie or something. Pretending to maybe be a goblin or magical creature in this tunnel. The Old Road, Ballynoe, County Down, Northern Ireland.
5. Similar to the Old Road is the Natural Rhododendron tunnels in Reenagross Park, Kenmare, Ireland. These tunnels look like some magical spell was cast on these trees to make them form that and the flowers on there would be a perfect carpet.
People love yogurt right? Some people eat it often while others eat it every once in a while. But there are good advantages to eating yogurt but there are also some disadvantages to it too.
Over use of it
While eating yogurt can have good benefits to you, eating too much of it can be a issue. It is said in the U.S department that a US citizen is limited 3 cups of overall dairy per day. People might mix this with using it for one’s own pleasure.
Eating foods that contain saturated fats raises the level of cholesterol in your blood. This can put you in a heart disease or type 2 diabetes. Eating yogurt made from whole milk can contain at least 5 grams of saturated fat but yogurt from skim milk contain no saturated fat.
Some people use growth Hormones for the cows to grow faster and produce milk faster. They use this before and still use it nowadays in some places. When children consume these things, it could have a harmful effect on them. Effects include early puberty or increase in hormones present in a child’s body.

Specific people say that they would change their behavior because other people have issue with their current behavior. But how do they usually change their behavior, I mean it could take months or years right? Well here are 5 ways they would change their behavior.
If you don’t know how to start or where to start then seeking for help would be a good idea. Maybe go for therapy or ask your parents for help. It might just speed up the progress of this.
Make a plan and stick to it
Wanna change your behavior quick? Why not make yourself a plan. It will let you have a set goal and you will be able to follow it and once you make it, stick to it and try to complete it and don’t try to get distracted from the plan.
Don’t give up
Remember that if you fail once it doesn’t mean that it’s all over. You can try it again and again. Know that you are a human being and trying to change a specific behavior is difficult so just try to be a bit nice to yourself.
Start off small
When you want to change a habit, it is not a good idea to just take a huge step. But instead take baby steps and work your way towards your goal, it might take a while but be patient because the reward is worth waiting.
Once you have a plan and you manage to follow it right for a whole day, you should then reward yourself so it can encourage you to keep doing it and keep trying to improve so you rewards can be more and better.
